ACT Department of Urban Services

  • Developed the Road Ready web site. This site targets teachers, new drivers and their parents/carers. The development phase included the use of focus group testing with young people to determine structure, content and navigation for the web site.

  • Design of the Operation Countdown website. This road safety website promotes the activities of Operation Countdown.

Department of Infrastructure

  • Designed and developed the School Travel Planning Guide CD-ROM. This interactive guide includes video clips, database driven elements and extensive resources to support the planning process.
  • Design of print materials for the TravelSMART program and also development of a pilot program website.

  • Development and design of the get on board! CD-ROM and print materials.Conducted the review and redevelopment of the Travel On program resource on public transport safety for primary schools. The redeveloped resource has been designed and illustrated and includes full colour comprehensive teachers guide, parent materials and a promotional poster.

 

RMIT University

  • Designed the LearnLinks web site to facilitate development of an online community of learners. The LearnLinks site links learners and teachers in community learning centres across Victoria with teachers based at RMIT University.

  • After a long association with the development and maintenance of the original web site for this organization led the development of the new site.

VicRoads

  • Developed the state-wide RoadSafe Community Road Safety Council website. This site incorporated a range of features designed to allow the content to be managed remotely by members of councils across Victoria.
  • Undertook the redevelopment of the Safe Routes To Schools Guidelines, a community road safety intervention program aimed at school children. The completed guidelines were designed and produced in a format aimed to best meet the needs of those working with the resource - staff from VicRoads, schools and local government.



Victorian Association of Traffic Safety Education Teachers

  • On and ongoing basis responsible for the layout and design of Traffic Safety Matters, a quarterly newsletter distributed to all primary and secondary schools in Victoria.
